1. Free Consultation

We start by understanding how your hotel works, what you would like to improve, what your clients want and who are your main competitors.

2. Detailed Hotel Marketing Audit

We will collect and analyze all possible data about your business and present it in readable form to work on that in the next steps. If it’s possible we will also send a survey to previous guests asking them what can we do better.

3. Individual Audit Summary Meetings

After few days when the audit report will be delivered we would like to get personal feedback from your management team.

Audit Summary Meeting (30 min) with each available person from the management team (owners, stakeholders, CEO, head of departments, etc.). During the meetings we will find the core problems of each department and provide solutions to them in the strategy.

It’s an extremely important step. To prepare an effective strategy, each person needs to be involved in creating it.

4. Hotel Marketing Strategy (DRAFT)

Based on feedbacks that we collected on Audit Summary Meetings, we will prepare a draft of the Marketing Strategy for your hotel and a list of priorities to implement.

5. Strategy Group Meeting

During the meeting we will go through the Strategy Draft and verify whether it fits your needs and goals. We want to make sure your entire team will be satisfied and feel that it will work for your company.

6. Hotel Marketing Strategy (FINAL)

After implementing changes discussed on the Strategy Group Meeting we will send the final version of the strategy and suggested ways to execute it.

Working on projects
